How We Work
We keep things simple. You call or text, describe the job, and we give you an honest estimate. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no pressure. Most jobs are completed within the same week. We show up on time, do the work right, and clean up when we are done.
Per California’s handyman exemption (AB 1170, effective January 1, 2026), our work stays under $1,000 total per job (labor plus materials), is minor and casual in nature, and does not require a building permit. If a job is outside our scope, we will tell you upfront and recommend a specialist.
